Though I'm tired, an opportunity to molest the boss was just too good to pass up. Her injuries were minor, even where she was splashed by the gunk from those sprayers; Ayotnom and Zogurt have second-degree burns from what little splattered on them, but Near's burns are less than a sunburn. At least, now, it did apparently burn pretty badly at the time.

Examining her skin, it is actually entirely covered in scales, except for her nipples and her phallus, just very fine and smooth. Rectangular in shape, these scales are decently tough, and seem to be designed to help air slide over them when flying, having a mild ridge that's only noticeable by running my finger nail over it that lines up with the direction she'd face when flying. In addition, there are several places where the scales are quite visible, notably where her wings and tail begin, as well as under her breasts and around her neck and jawline. The scales under her breasts seem to serve a purpose I find a bit enviable; they provide support for her rather massive mammaries by keeping them from flopping about like Milktea's would if she ran about naked all the time.

The scales at her shoulders and hips are interesting, however. Some extend out, resembling spikes of some sort, but in fact are soft and appear fluid-filled. While I couldn't say for sure without cutting her apart, I would say this fluid is important in the unfurling and strength of her wings. From simple feeling and manual, non-invasive examination, it seems that roughly 30% of the wings' length is actually finger, with the last 20%, that isn't arm bones, being a somewhat hollow tube that is flexible (and floppy) when not in use. This is what allows Near to fold her wings so tightly around herself in a way that resembles a corset, and the position of the keratin "clasps" that held it shut.

The webbing of her wings and tail is quite interesting. It has much larger scales, which resemble the ones of her skin rather than the triangular shape of her obvious scales, with the same ridge design. The underside is somewhat different, with the scales being shorter (from the air-facing edge) than the upper side, and protrude slightly more. Otherwise, the webbing is quite like that of a bat's, being made of skin. There are two smaller "ribs" between the arm-analogue and the leg-analogue controllers, which seem to attach to her back muscles and are actually quite flexible, so it is unlikely they are bone, and probably more keratin or just thicker skin. The functions of these ribs is probably to help maintain the waving motion Near uses to propel herself through the air.

This brings me to the hips. When folded up, her leg-analogue portion seems to completely retract, aside from these cup-like covers. In actuality, her rear controllers contain much longer tubes than her fore controllers, which explains how so much can hide away. As well, her leg-bones still exist, they are just quite altered in this form; they rest at a very acute angle to her back and extend to the top of her buttocks, with her knees pointing directly to the sides and letting her shins make up the majority of the cups. The musculature is similar enough to a human's (somehow, I again would need rather intrusive methods to say for sure) that maybe Near's talent for leaping is what still allows her to spring considerable distances, or it may be that this overall design is geared for propulsion via hopping or scooting, as Near has taken to doing. It may also be a combination of these factors.

The tail is one of the least interesting parts; it's a tail. Snake-like, dextrous, strong. It also is pretty heavy, perhaps to offset the weight on her front, but it also seems useful as a defense, at least according to the protobolds she crushed with it.

Now Near's phallus was already known to begin with, but I decided to take a closer look, and it has changed, but I will have to perform more extensive, manual, thorough, and semi-invasive examinations~ I had procured a sample of what it can produce, but I eated it~

It seems that Near is capable of transforming into a much more humanoid form; though the method used seemed very stressful and somewhat gross. Perhaps there's an easier method...
