Health: (2x (STA+FCS)) = 12

Energy: (2x (ATN+STA)) = 14
Stages available: 2 (impairs as wounds, half for KO)
Stress: (2x (INT+CHA)) = 10
Stress Explosion: Cursing. With a surprising vocabulary of rude language, Luciteal makes her displeasure known with a barrage of insults and threats of violence. Likely to get her in further trouble, or shock someone into submission. Nevertheless, her rapport with the targets of her tirades is likely to be hampered in the future. Luciteal automatically fails diplomatic accomplish checks, other than intimidation, while under this stress explosion, and inflicts 1d3 stress to those on the opposing side.
RAGE!Stress Explosion: Violence! Frustration combined with alien aggression hormones are not a pleasant mix, and the former must be taken out on her surroundings. Prioritizing those that inflicted stress upon her, Luciteal begins attacking! If only allies are present, she's more likely to break things than harm people, but any remnants are at risk, no matter how close an ally they believe they are. In combat while this stress explosion is active, Luciteal takes a -4 penalty to defense, but gains a +2 bonus to attacks.
Stressor: "Your beliefs took away my family. They are not harmless." Many incidents along the line of her life even outside of the loss of her sister, niece, and grandnephew have left her with a large distaste, some would say hatred, of theism, especially christianity. As such, even seemingly benign expressions can sting her and incite anger, and seeing worship will truly drive her to rage. Explicitly divine-inspired words and phrases inflict 1 point of stress upon her (up to once per scene), while obvious signs of theism cause her 1d3 points of stress; she may attempt to negate this stress by correcting the source, up to and including violence.
Stress Relief: A good story takes you away from your world and puts you in its. Luciteal enjoys nothing more than a good book or story, either reading or writing one. If she spends a scene absorbed on either side of storytelling, she heals 1d4 points of spirit.
Timing: (SPD+INS) = 6 Movement: Default/Defense 4, Destroyer 5, Drive 6
Imago Plastmatica - Luciteal's body is inhuman, the hominid form chosen for convenience and efficiency. She does not have a normal mouth, but instead eats through the four tentacles at her "jawline", which grind off bits of food and pull them in. She may eat "normal", human foods, but has difficulty with harder or thicker foods. Her speech is done through a pair of sarynxes, using the four slits just under her "mask", though she breathes just as much through the two tentacles upon her back. Her sense of smell is done through her facial vents. Her "mask" is hard keratin/horn, with the six spots in the middle being simple eyes, and the four larger spots being compound eyes. She possesses four different color detectors, though this seems to be a trait from when she was human. As she expresses herself through color in addition to normal body language and speech, she prefers to not wear any clothing at all, and seems to delight in causing discomfort in others through it. Her skin naturally produces light, making it difficult for her to hide, though she doesn't care to. Traits:
- Imago Lock - Luciteal cannot change shapes while in a blue zone, and her flying form is unable to fly.
- Ectoplasma - Luciteal's magic is based on manipulation of what she calls ectoplasma; essentially a plasma made of ectoplasm that is cool to the touch and is manipulated by special radio waves she generates. She maintains this would be a natural evolution of the creature she designed and took the form of. Ectoplasma must be generated before it is used, this is noted in her special abilities, but can be reused if enough remains after its task is completed.
- Form Shift - Luciteal may swap between forms with a moment of concentration as either a full action or half action. Transforming as a full action consumes 1d3 energy, and cures her for 1 point of damage, while transforming as a half action consumes 1d4+1 energy and doesn't heal her by default. She may expend up to 3 additional points of energy to increase the amount healed by 1 for each extra point spent. After transforming, she is unable to change forms again for at least 5 minutes. The shifting bonus noted on her forms only applies if she uses a full action to transform (Destroyer exception noted).
- Default – Luciteal's normal state, using her base statistics. Due to her tough skin and muscles, she has a base armor of +2 in default mode.
- Defense – This mode is achieved by altering mass distribution and density to create a difficult to hit but frail form. Defense mode only functions properly in green zones; due to psuedocorporeality, she will revert to a form similar to Drive mode without the special abilities when entering a blue zone or when K.O.'d. To re-establish Defense mode, she must either consume 6 units of ectoplasma, or use her Form Shift ability. Defense Mode possesses the following special abilities.
- Psuedocorporeality - While more difficult to actually strike, Luciteal is more frail in this form, taking a -2 penalty to her health threshold, but a 1d6 swap die for defense with the following caveat. On a successful attack, ignore this swap die and instead apply the original die for damage calculation.
- Ablative Deflection Armor - Extraneous mass is formed into a hard shell resembling armor that surrounds Luciteal, suspended in air. This armor provides her with, 1 rank of the Parry skill while in effect, as well as a +*2/3 specialization; the bonus from this specialization is not taken into account for damage calculation on a successful attack against her. Luciteal may sacrifice the armor from her shifting bonus to reduce damage taken on a 1:2 armor:damage ratio.
- Ectoplasmic Healing - In place of its normal effects, Luciteal may use her Fuse Ectoplasma ability to heal herself while in Defense mode, regaining 3 health per wound it would otherwise negate.
- Shifting Bonus - Upon shifting into Defense Mode, Luciteal gains +2 bonus armor, and may sacrifice the healing from form shift to instead gain additional armor equal to 2/3 the healing sacrificed (round down).
- Destroyer – Associated with anger, fear, and hunger, this mode is taxing to upkeep at full operational ability. This form sacrifices her hands, replacing them with a pair of claws that function as light blades. Destroyer also has less tolerance for stress, halving her maximum spirit, and adding (not replacing) Violence to her stress explosion.
- Rage - The optimal state of the Destroyer form, rage is intensive, and burns her energy at an impressive rate, requiring 1 point of energy per 2 rounds spent in rage. However, while in rage, Luciteal treats her strength as 2 points higher, and gains Feel No Pain I (ignoring penalties from her first wound), as well as a bonus swap die on all combat attack rolls.
- Ravenous - Upon rolling a 6 on a die in a combat roll when using her claws, Luciteal generates 1 unit of ectoplasma. In addition, she may consume 2 units of ectoplasma in place of the energy cost for rage.
- Fugue - When not burning through her energy reserves to maintain Destroyer's rage, Luciteal is in a fugue state, taking a -1 penalty to all of her mental attributes, though she does not halve her spirit in this state (it is still reduced due to the penalty to intellect). This fugue state has a minimum duration of 5 minutes after exiting rage, and she may not use form shift or rage during this period.
- Shifting Bonus - Upon shifting into Destroyer Mode, Luciteal may avoid fugue state for 1 round, plus an additional round per 2 points of energy spent; Destroyer mode may gain this bonus when using quick shifting, staving off fugue state for 1 round per 2 points of energy spent.
- Drive – A small, light form that sacrifices her limbs for increased agility and flight. Though nearly helpless in blue zones, in green zones, Drive mode is exceedingly useful for courier work and scouting, while its mobility and bonus to ectoplasma generation is surprisingly useful in combat.
- Levitation - Drive mode is highly mobile and quick, though more subject to external forces than a ground-bound being would be. Normally hovering at a height close to her normal height, Drive mode may levitate up to 20 feet off the ground, and gains a bonus to speed based on her height, a +2 increase at 0~8 feet, +1 increase at 9~16ft, and no increase at 17+ft.
- Ectoplasmic Jets - By expending 1 unit of ectoplasma, Luciteal may accelerate to incredible speeds, allowing her to move in a straight line at double her speed in a single action. If she maintains her direction, she may continue to accelerate, spending 1 unit of ectoplasma for every 3 rounds of movement. On the third round of consecutive movement, her movement increases to triple her normal, and 1 unit of ectoplasma maintains her speed for 1 minute. She may generate standard ectoplasma normally while moving in this manner. Deceleration requires 2 rounds to go from triple speed to double speed, and 1 additional round to further decelerate to normal speed.
- Generation Boost - While in Drive mode, Luciteal produces 1 extra unit of ectoplasma when using generation.
- Shifting Bonus - Upon shifting into Drive Mode, Luciteal generates 2 units of ectoplasma, plus an additional unit of ectoplasma per point of energy spent.
- Suppression - Luciteal is serious enough about her personal beliefs that the effect of narrative causality coming from opposing beliefs on her, positive or negative, is severely dampened. In her case, it means that she is impervious to Remnant narrative causality, and almost impervious to imprecatory prayers; she will also Spite anyone using it on her. Whenever suppression triggers, Luciteal takes 2 points of stress, up to 5 points per scene.
- Spite - When subject to narrative causality hindered by her suppression ability, Luciteal makes an opposed spite check against the source, with a target of 5 + the effect's skill rank, treating the target as both an attack against her and defense against her check and inflicting damage for either side as if in combat. If unconscious and targeted by a suppressed healing effect, Luciteal is forced to use 4 attack dice against the source.
- Increased Metabolism - Luciteal's body requires 30% more calories than a human's might. As well, she may only recover her second stage of energy through mere rest, and must consume additional food to recover her primary stage of energy.
Special Ectoplasma
- Generation - Converts energy into ectoplasma, expending energy to create 3 units of ectoplasma per point of energy as a normal action. Ectoplasma persists for 1 minute, but may be maintained for longer by expending 1 point of energy for 5 minutes of duration. Luciteal may maintain a maximum amount of ectoplasma based on her Shaping skill (4 units per rank of Shaping).
- Hard Plasma - (Alters ectoplasma into shapes and colors, durability based on units used per cubic foot. Can launch plasma balls as short-ranged attack that deals physical damage.) When rolling a 1 on a die when making a combat attack roll with hard plasma, 1 unit is consumed, regardless of type of shape.
- Fusing Plasma - (Fuses ectoplasma with a creature, temporarily relieving wounds. 1 unit for 1 wound, 3 units for 2 wounds, and 6 units for 3 wounds; further skill required for more wounds. Duration is as ectoplasma duration, fused plasma uses Luciteal's energy, though a sufficiently skilled mage might be able to work with it.)
- Shining Pinions - This special ability does not use normal ectoplasma, but an explosive variety. As such, she must generate this type on the fly, taking a full action and expending 2d3 points of energy. She may mark spaces within 20 units of her, attacking some of these spaces on her turn up to 3 rounds later. She may mark up to 6 spaces, increasing the number marked by 1 per 2 points of energy spent, and may make up to 4 attacks, though she may not attack the same space twice. She may increase the stamina cost of this ability by 1d3 to gain an additional attack, up to twice.
Magic
- Ethereal Handbag - (Magic 1) (Roughly size and shape of a grocery bag, used to store things so she can travel without need of a pack. Does not work in-grid.)

Backstory
Born Leonora Wayne, on August 23rd, 1952.
Family: Older brothers, Henry, 1946; Isaac, 1947; Kyle, 1950; Younger sister, Martha Anderson, born April 5th, 1954 (deceased, 1976); Niece, Nancy Price, born June 18th, 1973 (raptured, considered deceased); Grandnephew, Oliver Price, born January 31st, 1992 (raptured, considered deceased)
Leonora was hooked on Scifi basically as soon as she learned how to read, thanks to comic books, and then novels once she could handle bigger words. Family not too devout, so she was able to get away with running away to the library or just the park on Sundays to read and imagine alien worlds, and meeting extraterrestrials.
Sister got married, and waited a bit to have a child because she expected Leonora to get married at some point (never did). Martha had a daughter, and was going to have a second, but found out there were complications, and would very likely die if she carried to term. Church wouldn't let her, thinking prayer would be enough. It wasn't, and Leonora lost her sister, and the nephew she would have had.
It's at this point she stopped being agnostic, and went full atheist.
She helped to raise her niece, Nancy, and did a good job at it, raising a curious and clever girl. Who married a seriously christian man despite protests. Still, she gave Leonora a grannephew, Oliver, who was 6 when rapture happened.
So Leonora basically lost her entire family thanks to christianity, and became an antitheist. Few cycles later, she met with someone else with similar thoughts about YWHW needing an asskicking, and was shown how to really use NC. She used all her knowledge about scifi and science to make her new self, and why it's only marginally humanlike is just convinience sake.
